Strawberry Protein Yoghurt

Strawberry yoghurt has got to be one of my favourites, especially during the warmer days! So here's a fresh and delicious way to make your own in 5 minutes or less! It's packed with all the good stuff and made with healthier ingredients so you can indulge without the guilt :)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g greek style yoghurt

  • 12g strawberry protein powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 100g fresh strawberries - quartered

  • 1-2 tsp cacoa nibs


RECIPE:

  1. In a bowl, add your greek style yoghurt then slowly mix in the protein powder bit by bit until all of the lumps have gone.

  2. Next stir in the chia seeds.

  3. Serve in a jar or keep in the bowl and top with the fresh strawberries and cacoa nibs.
