High Protein Tempeh Stir Fry

Ever wonder what to make when you've got little time in the kitchen??? AND you want it to be healthy and nutritious too...
Well look no further than this super quick and easy stir fry that is low in carbs, high in protein, and overall delicious! *chefs kiss*
Plus it is VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE!

INGREDIENTS (serves 2):
250g konjac noodles
240g sainsburys baby vegetable stir fry
200g tempeh
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
3/4 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 tsp chinese 5 spice
sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil
sriracha sauce
sesame seeds
METHOD:
Cut tempeh into cubes in a bowl then add 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Leave to marinate for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a wok on high heat then add all the veg (leave out the leaves and herbs). Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, fish sauce, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, chinese 5 spice and chilli flakes. Mix well then add in the marinated tempeh and stir fry for 4 mins.
Stir in the noodles, followed by the leaves and herbs and stir fry for a further 2 mins.
Serve with sriracha sauce and some sesame seeds if desired.
