Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Need a healthy dessert idea? Or just need a new way to curb those chocolate cravings? Whatever it is, THIS is the perfect solution! Packed with a surprisingly high amount of protein, GOOD fats and low sugar, you can enjoy this delicious, melt in your mouth treat without any guilt!
It has a wonderfully light texture and you get the lovely combination of flavours from the avocado and cacao. This has honestly got to be one of the yummiest things I have ever made (I may be a bit biased because I am a chocoholic!

This is actually super simple and easy to make, all you need is a food processor/blender and you are good to go!
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
2 ripe avocados
2 squares 85% dark chocolate - melted
1 tbsp organic cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white

METHOD:
In a food processor blend all of the ingredients expect for the egg white until thoroughly combined.
Empty into a bowl and slowly fold in the egg white until it has been fully mixed in - it should look more smooth and feel lighter.
Serve in 4 small bowls and top with chia seeds and strawberries (feel free to switch up the toppings!).
